• Credit and debit card payments only. Cash and checks are not accepted.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Final payment is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the first date of your reservation.
• Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment due date may be canceled without notice and are not guaranteed to be held.

• A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all deposits.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled reservation date.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the reservation date will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
• Any approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

A reservation will be considered a no-show if:

• The passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed pickup time.
• The passenger cannot be reached using the contact information provided.
• The passenger fails to arrive within the applicable waiting period.

No-shows are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount will be charged.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate reservation information, including:

• Travel date
• Pickup time
• Airline and flight number (when applicable)
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Contact phone number

Affordable Car Services (ACS) and ACS Magical Express are not responsible for missed pickups, delays, additional charges, or other issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If incorrect reservation details (including the wrong date or pickup time) are provided and transportation is still requested, service will be based solely on driver availability. Additional charges may apply, and immediate service cannot be guaranteed.

Any reservation changes should be requested as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, all modifications are subject to availability.

All transportation quotes include:

• One (1) standard suitcase per passenger.
• One (1) carry-on bag per passenger.

Additional luggage, oversized suitcases, sports equipment, golf clubs, coolers, boxes, strollers, scooters, wheelchairs, or other large items must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Additional luggage or oversized items may require a larger vehicle and are subject to additional fees. Failure to disclose extra luggage or oversized items may result in additional charges, delays, or the inability to safely transport all passengers and their belongings.

Vehicle assignments are based on the number of passengers and the luggage information provided at the time of booking.

For airport pickups, Affordable Car Services (ACS) and ACS Magical Express monitor flights using the flight number provided at the time of booking. Flight delays are automatically accommodated when accurate flight information is provided. We are not responsible for missed pickups or delays resulting from an incorrect or missing flight number.

• Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands.
• Residential, hotel, vacation home, cruise port, and other scheduled pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• Additional waiting time is subject to driver availability and may incur additional charges.

All children must be transported in accordance with applicable state laws.

New Jersey: Children must ride in the appropriate child safety seat or booster seat as required by New Jersey law.

Florida: Children under the age of 8 must be secured in an age- and size-appropriate child restraint system as required by Florida law.

Child safety seats and booster seats are available upon request. Customers must provide each child's age, height, and weight at the time of booking to ensure the appropriate seat is available. Requests made after booking cannot be guaranteed.  Car Seats & Boosters are only available at our Orlando location. 

Complimentary car seat storage is available for customers with a confirmed round-trip airport reservation when requested in advance.

ACS and ACS Magical Express reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary due to maintenance, mechanical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other operational requirements.

While we make every effort to provide prompt and reliable service, ACS and ACS Magical Express are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, construction, accidents, airport congestion, cruise terminal delays, severe weather, mechanical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Passengers should be ready for pickup at the scheduled pickup time. Drivers are not responsible for missed flights, cruises, appointments, or reservations resulting from passengers not being ready at the agreed pickup time.

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.

Excessive cleaning resulting from spills, food, beverages, smoking, vaping, illness, or other passenger-related incidents may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all ACS and ACS Magical Express vehicles.

Alcoholic beverages may never  consumed in the vehicles. Drivers reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle. No refunds will be issued if service is terminated for these reasons.

For the safety of all passengers and drivers, abusive, threatening, aggressive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. Drivers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a passenger's conduct creates an unsafe environment. No refunds will be provided in these situations.

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law. Other pets must be approved before travel and should be transported in an appropriate carrier whenever possible.

ACS and ACS Magical Express are not responsible for personal belongings left in our vehicles. We will make every reasonable effort to locate and return lost items. Shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Reservations may be submitted online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All reservation requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee transportation services.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation by email, text message, or phone call from Affordable Car Services (ACS) or ACS Magical Express.

We strongly recommend booking your transportation as early as possible, especially during holidays, school breaks, cruise departures, and other peak travel periods. Early reservations help ensure vehicle availability and your preferred pickup time.

Last-minute and same-day reservations are welcome but are subject to availability. Please call us directly for the fastest assistance. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, transportation cannot be guaranteed.

Requests to modify an existing reservation should be made as soon as possible. Changes, including travel dates, pickup times, locations, passenger count, or luggage requirements, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Please review your reservation confirmation carefully upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all reservation details—including the travel date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, flight information (if applicable), passenger count, and contact information—are accurate. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to avoid delays or service interruptions.

Affordable Car Services (ACS) and ACS Magical Express reserve the right to decline or cancel reservation requests based on vehicle availability, staffing, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational requirements.

Rates are based on the reservation details provided at the time of booking. Changes to the pickup or drop-off location, travel date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage, additional stops, or itinerary may result in additional charges.

Additional stops must be be requested at the time of booking whenever possible. Unscheduled stops requested during the trip are subject to driver approval and additional charges.

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documents, including valid identification, passports, visas, cruise documents, boarding passes, and any documentation required by airlines, cruise lines, or government agencies.

ACS and ACS Magical Express are not responsible for missed flights, cruises, denied boarding, or additional expenses resulting from missing, expired, or invalid travel documents.

ACS and ACS Magical Express shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, public emergencies, labor disputes, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Driver gratuities are appreciated but are never required unless otherwise specified in your reservation confirmation.

Customers agree to contact ACS or ACS Magical Express before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback to allow an opportunity to resolve any billing concerns. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with supporting reservation records, communications, and signed agreements.

ACS and ACS Magical Express reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, threatening, illegal, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
